Broke 1K miles this morning. Did first oil change to Eneos 0w-20, trans fluid to MT-90, and diff to Motul Gear 300. Rear diff is nice & smooth with Motul

Its my first weekend since picking up my BRZ this past Tuesday.

Today I....set up the radio/figured out the Nav system and programed in all my Favorites/sprayed undercoating (2 cans total) inside the wheel wells (seems to cut down on road noise and adds some protection)/hard wired in my new Betronics Rx65 radar detector. Fun day!

Looked outside after dinner and saw it was night and raining, but still decided to go out for a 40mi joyride and loved every minute of it... this car is so fun, even in the rain.

I always do my own oil changes too but seeing how low this car is I won't be able to just crawl under it as I usually do.

What ramps did you use?

i have access to a lift but if i didnt i would just use my race jack and a could jack stands. this car is the easiest oil change ever if you can find all the oil (i use amsoil) and a oil filter (again i use amsoil, but can even find regular oil filters). i am about to do my second oil change and don't have an oil filter to do it. i have never in my life reused an oil filter and i might be looking at using the same one for the second change. i am hoping subaru here in podunk usa has some in stock.......wish me luck.
