Okay.... I have set my mind

The GT86 is released in Qatar this week (why this late?) any way I was hoping subaru would do something about their BRZ price, and they just lost me today (Damn, I really wanted the BRZ) here is why I'm putting a down payment for my GT86 by next month.

1- Price: BRZ (a basic one) price is 131,000 QR / GT86 (full aero) price 124,000 QR
2- Options: BRZ is cool yet no Navi / GT86 ^ had full areo kit + Navi/bluetooth.ect
3- Price discount: BRZ last they gave me 130,000 ? went to toyota today, and they said last they would give me is 117,000 QR (and Take 3,000 down if I go for manual lucky me)

I still want a BRZ but I guess I will end up with a fully loaded (manual) GT86 and yet will be way cheaper than the BRZ (Unless subaru does something with their price before I put my down payment)

I'm for now going for a SWP GT86 with aerokit and manual, what you think guys. Oh and since its cheaper than the BRZ guess the extra money will go for a stage 1 AVO turbo kit

Congrats, i also waited over 4 month for it. Hope it was worth the wait ... i got mine side ways trying to exit the dealer building apparently they used too much tire polish :p

From what i know they only brought one and there are no plans to bring more unless they see a high demand then they might make it available. I paid around 100K dirhams but unlike the uae version this one comes with the body kit and an ash tray according to the local dealer

Btw where did u get those tips. I didnt like the ones that were supplied by the dealer.

I will post some pics later

thank you, yes they do put a lot of tire polish, the tires were so slippery on the first day, and yes it's definitely worth the wait.

apparently the ash trays can are not so limited, they be found in the basic model also

The tips are the one found on the Japanese models, i ordered them from here

I just canceled my order and took my booking money back after waiting for a month.
Sadly I will be out of the country for awhile, so I will not spend plenty of time with it.

Maybe in the future

Its white manual should be available on 5th Dec.

In the UAE I only found the mid spec manual with Subaru BRZ at Al Khoory motors on Sheik zayed road. 106k fabric seats 112k with alcantra. Both have hid lamps, cruise control, keyless entry and start and 17 inch wheels. I would have gone for it but they say the after sales service is not that good with al khoory motors.
