Probably going to depend on what you do.. this kit was put together to keep the stock bias, diameter is basically the same (a little larger) but width of the rotor is much larger (32mm vs 24mm), directional rotors, 60 vane, 10lbs savings per front corner... calipers were also sized to keep pedal feel and bias about the same as stock.

With newer EBD systems I'm not sure if it's as easy to mess up ABS as it used to be.

This is a very common problem. This is covered under warranty, but the lights are on back order....

Looked at it sitting in the garage. Hell its dark at 5:30 now, I work from 7-5 every day, by the time I get home its 20 after.

I exactly how you feel. Sometimes I just go ahead and give her a wash just for that extra TLC.

Ha. It's not my every day ride.(plus I do not want anyone at work to know I have it) Basically drove it home last Saturday night and it has sit ever since. Hope to do something in it this weekend.

Fortunately/ unfortunately my BRZ is my daily driver lol. I feel you on keeping it a secret from work....I am the same way. It only took 2 weeks before my secret was out. Before the BRZ, I had a co worker back into the driver side door and dented It badly. since then....I trust NO ONE. I now park taking up 4 spots (angled). I dare someone to say anything lol

Still....the BRZ is an absolutely pleasure to drive so I am ok with it being a dd.

Yesterday I got my first oil change at 1,7xx miles. I cancelled it because I wanted to drive longer without the oil change, but they did it anyways (feigning that they didn't know).

Got the trunk working (stupid trunk cancel button is stupid).

Replaced the battery since 1 week after owning it the autostart guys discovered it was only holding a 75% charge. Dealership tested it, charged it for hours, it still wouldn't charge, so I got a new battery.

Tried to have them deal with the chirp issue that is a TSB now. They "heard" nothing, even though I heard it after I picked up the car and left. They did this to another BRZ owner, too, and she WORKS for them! Whatever. It doesn't bother me as much as it tends to bother other people. I just figured, "Get 'er done!" Next oil change I'll have them look again.

Got an oil change today at 2700 miles. Had a coupon for a free one at the local Toyota dealership. No problems. Surprisingly enough, they used Mobil 1.

Also ordered the diff washers and will pick up oil shortly so I can get this and the tranny done before the next track day.

Got my first oil change at 1270 miles.

Getting colder here- tires slid a little taking a right turn- time to change tires. These tires don't work well when it's warm- work even worse in the cold.

was gonna get the snow tires on today, but looks like its gonna be 70 on sunday and then drop back to 40-50's. i guess they will wait till next week.
