I did not show remorse for Lori- I was actually Pissed because she would rather leave her son that's alive! Whos right fucking there, just so that she could die for a baby Who Might not even be alive! Also a baby has no place or future in a apocalyptic world.
A hope that little girl grows up to be badass.
In the comics...well I wont spoil anything. But Rick is always crying over shit, and Carl never does. I felt bad about what happened to T-dog BUT he wasn't suppose to be in the series from the start so... :/
I Like the way the show executed her death, but IMO was more fucked up and sadder in the comics.
im not sad she died. im sad carl lost his mom. i was tearing up (maaaaybe crying) b/c he was. i see it all the time (going on deployments) kids not wanting their parents to leave and its never easy for me just watching it.

carl took it like a champ though. does it explain in the comics why she chooses her kid over herself?

yeah-I can understand in that sense how it was really upsetting

In the comics they both live. Only to die in a different way.
I will tell you in detail-But It might spoil the show and Will totally spoil the comics
-----Dont read any further otherwise!!-------
{ok so in a nut shell. Governor finds out where there prison is and invades by brainwashing his community into thinking Rick and his gang are the bad guys. they go in with guns and this random women shoots down lori and her newborn child. Ill have to admit tho I did like how they dragged out her death-making it more emotional and graphic while in the comic it was just bang you're dead now. But I found it more sad in the comics because they killed the baby girl as well. super sad

Episode was so messed up, but you have me wanting to read the comics now just to see exactly how much worse the deaths were!

So they finally killed the black guy (T-Dog); only to trade him for a convicted black guy? *SMH*

And they finally killed Lori, IMHO, Thank God. She was such a manipulative bitch but she must have been in retard mode cause HOW THE HELL IS A PERSON SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF A BABY in the Zombie Apocalypse without mother's breast milk? Shit, it's hard enough taking care of a baby while everything is normal but now with zombies & no breast milk or formula. *SMH*

Read the comics! It's so much more intense-everything that's happening with the governor is mellow as shit. In the comics people die left and right.
When it first started the main reason why so much happened so soon was because the creator didn't know how long his comic series would last-so he rushed the story line (not making it shitty or anything) just making every Page as epic as the last!
I swear reading that was addicting, and kept me shouting out 'what the fuck!' every two seconds haha.
They are dirt cheap on Amazon. You can buy the hard Cover books that have a few vols in each-or you can buy the vols separately for only 8bucks each. Figure you buy a few and get free shipping for over 25$ its so worth every penny.
Or just buy a comic app for your phone-lol

If this show has given anything about itself away it's that nothing lasts. So, how long until Woodbury is done for?

Carl should be dead, not T-Dog

At least Carl isn't a whiny d-bag like season 2 anymore

There are 9 more episodes to go in this season. I have a feeling the intensity is coming. I've read all of the comics and get a new one every month, but I'm happy with how they've adapted it... the writers have done an AMAZING job of adapting it for TV... the stories wouldn't work as well as they do in print.

Sorry guys, gotta throw my vote in with the comics on this one. Laurie's death is WAY better in the books, IMO. Much more shocking too. But I do like that the TV show does its own thing separately; it makes it more shocking and surprising when things deviate the way they do.

everyone always says the books are way better. weather it be the notebook or twilight or Harry potter or the lucky one blah blah blah. there's an easy fix, don't read the books or comics lol.
