I'm on normal pump gas. My car is now in storage for the winter so I'm not worried about it. I was just thought it'd be good to know for everyone.

Haha I will definitely try. Emotions get the best of people but at this point I think I was sent to the bottom of the queue. Guess I'll call him once an hour and hopefully he gets back to me. It's annoying how long we (not really sure how many people don't have their stuff) but at this point I just want to get my license at the very least sorted out and I can go from there.

Greg I understand your frustration and share some of it, but the more certain people call, the less OTHER FOLKS will be able to get their cables, licenses, and tunes ready, too. That's why I've been holding off on calling, so guys like you can get your bigger issues taken care of.

Let's all be cognizant of John's time and the fact that a lot of other folks need to talk to him too I didn't get around to calling today, work sucks.

No I agree the thing that set me off is him telling me I called 10 times in an hour. I called a lot but nothing like that. I agree it might have been excessive but at least see in my shoes that I am a paying customer I have been very patient and I would just like to get something resovled. Instead in my two months of waiting I call one too many times one night and I am immediately black listed to the bottom. And that is very frustrating.

That and I don't like being accused of something I didn't do but yeah thats another story. I am right now just trying to look past this and get things done. I am like everyone else here human. Just give me something to go on.

Dude - I have no idea why you're having to explain yourself. You are the customer, yet you've been treated like crap and accused of something you didn't do. I see NOTHING wrong with any of your posts.

IMO, John needs to CHILL OUT and learn how to be more professional. There is no way I'll be ordering from him. I've been planning all along to order from him, I won't be giving him my money. It's not worth the hassle. It's not worth the time. It's not worth his consistent name calling. My money is going to one of the other 2 tuners on this site.

I don't really stay mad long I guess and I am for a lack of better words apologetic and a push over haha. Not great when your a customer but it definitely helps when your running a business. My fiance is an artist so we sell her artwork and shirts and what not. I just feel having two people at each other throats is not the way to go.

And I know a lot of people are getting great service from him. I am not docking the guy for not taking care of others I am merely frustrated that I have said crap and just waited for 2 months for my cable. (Maybe an email or two here and there.) and the one time I call too many times its like HEY GUY FUCK YOU. And that for me is just very frustrating.

Yeah it's unfortunate, but it seems that the relationship between some unhappy customers and John has become toxic. Maybe it's time to cut each others losses and move on before things really get out of hand.

I bought a second tune from another vendor because I didn't want to be held hostage to just the one, which put me back in control and now I have two to pick from.

Some might not be able to budget for a second tune, but for me, the cost factor far outweighed the grief factor of worrying about having a working tune.

GL to everyone
