I did open it with notepad (on a separate computer) took a screenie and made it my cover photo on facebook...LOL

Maybe it was a previous customer's job and the ID from theirs was still in your clipboard buffer. Can't say that's never happened to me.

Probably because it's getting confusing. Look, we get John's a busy man, but it isn't exactly very clear as to how you're supposed to get a response when things change on a day to day basis. You can fill out the form, not hear anything for a while, then he says ok call me right now, but you're at work, in the air, otherwise predisposed and can't do it. Then you ask about it later and he says best bet is to fill out the form, ok so you do that again, then it's why did you fill it out again?

Again, I'm not trying to be a troll here, I fully appreciate what John has done, I fully understand the stress he's under, but it's difficult to get a response when the process is very dynamic based on what John is doing at any given moment, and many of us do not want to disrespect him or upset him by doing things incorrectly, so we just wait it out and hope we're in the queue somewhere, when in fact we probably did something wrong (like filling out the form twice,or PM'd when we should have emailed, or emailed when w should have called, or something else).

In the interest of full disclosure, I have John's latest released tune. I just have the stock tune when I have an aftermarket intake. I've always had the aftermarket intake and in fact helped him with logs to identify a bogging solution.

Finally, I have to reiterate - I AM NOT COMPLAINING. I am simply explaining the perspective that I think some of us are sharing here. When John says something like everyone should be set except for a couple of issues, I don't know if I'm in that couple population or if I was missed. It's not clear.

John, please don't take this personally. I don't want the "NO TUNE FOR YOU! NEXT!" :happy0180:

I didn't know I wasn't supposed to fill out the form again. There is an option in the form that appears to relate to that very problem under the "Issue's" category.

I think once everyone is sorted more time can be spent on clarity so there is no question on how to proceed. From an IT Technician's perspective, I can certainly relate to what he's dealing with.

Sorry I thought we were supposed to fill out the form if we got no response, my bad John.

I bought the E85 tune when it came out in and am still waiting because I think it will be worth the wait. I am so stoked to get it even still. I really hope I'm not on the "no tune" list since I've defended John throughout all of this and look forward to him doing my turbo tune.

Emails get buried by other emails - this is why I have the form. Form only has BRZ stuff. I just work down the list and cross stuff off as I finish it.

Telling everyone to call me doesn't work - but from time to time ill say call me if you have a burning issue.

Calling me 10 fucking times in 1hr pisses me off and will 100% make me call you last. It my rule, you blow up my phone I don't call you back for a day. Only 3 guys on here have ever done this and it wasn't for anything important.

Filling out the form more than once creates unnecessary work for me - I understand the form doesn't give any all confirmation so it can cause doubt that your even in the form , but please just fill it out once.

I don't know what else to say.
