I simply just run down the form.

But when people fill out the form more than once it causes confusion.

Just sent out a few more emails.

Called and left a message for you John, also shot a PM to you this morning. I received my kit on the 20th of October but never received a file/tune. Form has been filled out twice per your request and I've not filled out the form again, also per your request.

Yeah...I got mine back in September What is the refund process like for the tune? I could use that money else where now that I can't drive my car anymore (winter)

I am just trying to get my shiet guys >.< I called at 9 I don't see how that is not a good time to call when he is always usually up late. I will trying calling right now.

I called at 2:50 and 2:55PM. I am at lunch right now and will try again in a little bit, after that I will have to call after 7 when I am off from work. Or I can try to take a break inbetween. I tried again at 3:22. My lunch is just about over.

What exactly do you need and I can give whatever information over email as well.

My Issue(s):
No license out of the box (According to Chris at EcuTek a license was never purchased for my usb key.)
Bad Tune File (I still have the file that can brick my ecu (Not really a problem as I can't flash anyway) Need the newer tune file.
Stock flash(?) I believe I have this so if it does not need to be updated then I am fine in that regard.

Just decoded my ROM file and the Dongle ID isn't even close to mine.
I double checked the form as I have the autofill option enabled in my browser and I entered it in correctly, minus the spaces..
I get the dreaded "The ROM file you have chosen..."

I tried calling. Mailbox is full. Filled out the form again.
No rush or worries, as it's election night and it's raining out so I wasn't too thrilled on joyriding in the rain to gather logs.
