Your in!

On some of them, you can reach up behind the cosole, and pull down on the plastic backing to the glove box till it bends or breaks, and take what you need.

You can also pry the opposite side of the glove-box door with something, then pull hard, the door will bend/twist outward enough to get an arm inside the box, no key required.

You can also pick the locks with a hair-pin, but thats a little more challenging. not much but definitely do-able. This would be the stealth option, if your trying to make it so the person doesnt realize whats happened for awhile.

If that guy had 100k in cash in his glove box, then mickey mouse has diamond boxers he wears. hes unbelievably idiotic, a con artist, or a drug dealer that has no idea what hes doing. That money shouldve been put in a firesafe box in the trunk of the car. He probably had his registration card in the glovebox too right, so if an officer pulled him over and asked for his liscence and registration?

Makes no sense, you have to stop and wonder, why would someone happen to have that money in the glove box? The money is either fake or real. If its fake, he was just trying to impress you but more pressingly, if it was real, than why would it be in the most unsecured place in the car? If he was a drug dealer, a 100k cash is pretty big business, he wouldnt be at that level if hes dumb enough to leave it in a car glove box and show you on a first date. Even con-artists, dont operate with 100k. Its just too big a number to be believable on any con.
He had some business that was somehow in relationship with walmart? Like they sold certain things to them? I have no idea, I was too freaked out to listen to him. They had a lawsuit with walmart and won but I don't know how much, and I honestly don't think he would have gotten it in cash.
Anyway yeah it was real

But on a brighter note thanks for the comments guys! I should make everyone bacon!

Yes it is easy to just disappear but you have to be willing to make the sacrifices of having contact with literally no one that you use to. Does 100k cash justify it? Maybe yes, maybe no. You'd definitely have to invest some of it to get a return because working anywhere generates a paper trail. But, like everything there is ways it can be done.

And the above story? To make a long one short, a friend of mine was at a club and this guy wanted her to go home with him. They made out and fooled around in and around the club but she didn't leave with him. A couple of weeks later she developed extremely bad breath and felt super sick with a list of symptoms. Went to the Dr. said it was a rare disease that is only developed by eating dead and decaying flesh...typically human.

They contacted the police, went to the guys apt and he had been killing and ate the flesh of one of his victims.

Normal people dont drive around with that large amount of cash. But for those that must for specific business etc, they know there are precautions that must be taken. This guy broke security protocol showing off the money to a relative stranger (who also happens to now be thinking how to take it).

This guy's behaviour very suspicious.

Not somebody I'd hang with if I was a girl but I guess that depends what you are after and what you are willing to live with.

Drug dealers and unbelievably stupid people still manage to find girlfriends.

BTW- He didnt also show you a gun did he? If he did you probably wouldnt be thinking about taking his cash.

This guy was off the wall crazy. One of those people who speak a thousand thoughts per second. Didnt show me a gun.
Ill be honest and say I was 100% stupid. The kind you see in the movies where you say "She cant be serious, why the fuck is she going to his house"
By nature I hate saying no to people, I hate offending others, growing up in a nice community I'm easily trusting.
It was a good wake up call-Im glad he wasn't a serial killer cause if he was Id be dead. He showed me his pent house in the city and the whole time I just wanted to run-but I knew if I did, or if I did make him mad than who knows what he would have done?

Next time I know way better than to be this stupid.
Sometimes Ill need to be a bitch, say no and follow my gut-I just need to man up.

Well done learning from this experience and I'm really glad nothing bad happened to you. Some people are trusting by nature, and while it's a good quality to have (among other things because it generally goes along with being honest and trustworthy yourself), you do need to get a grip on it or else it will get you in trouble, as you've seen. There are ways to decline an offer or invitation (or even obnoxious advances) without resorting to bitchiness

Anyway my question to you is-is it possible to pick a lock into someone's glove box?
More specifically a newer mercedes Benz. Or is the key layout for the glove box the same as the actual car key?

Long story short, I got into the car with this guy on the first date and he opened his glove box to show me 100k in cash in attempt to impress me I assume. Prior to this he left me in the car alone so he could run inside, and well me being me and watching as many action movies as I do I can't stop thinking about pulling off an epic heist.

Could I have taken it and got away? Is it really as easy as it is in the movies? Just delete everything and smash your phone to not leave a trace?

And if anyone has a creepier encounter/or way worse first date story that would make me feel better by all means please share.

These sounds like HBO specials!

Your title says "I need closure". If you took the money and bailed, he would have hunted you down, pop a couple in the back of your head and gave you the closure that you requested.
