I have found only two steel 16"x6.5 5x100 wheels that appear to be OE fit and have a bore of 56.1mm to provide a hubcentric match. They commonly have either a code of x40867 or x66008. x40867 appear to be listed as grey in colour while x66008 are listed as black. There appear to be some subvariants with different offsets such as x66008-1 which has a 42mm offset compared to x66008 which has a 50mm offset. The wheel verticle centre with 50mm offset is closer to the stock wheel position while a 42mm offset pushes the wheel verticle centre out farther than stock even thought the outside edge is in the same place as stock. The 50mm offset appears to push both the wheel inside edge "in" and outside edge "in" towards the wheel mounting surface from stock.

The CTC link above references X40867 and the 56.1mm bore in its specs. but is also listed as weighing one pound, which I doubt, so who knows where the typos may be lurking? No CTC's where I live have them in stock, however I believe they can be had for less cost than CTC?

You will find steel wheels with 57.1 mm centre bores, but I do not believe these are considered hubcentric even though they may not be described as multifit?

There also appears to be a grey 17" 5x100 56.1 mm bore steel wheel x991590N that would fit, but I suspect it is quite a bit heavier and 17" snows quite a bit more expensive than 205/55R-16's which appear to be the recommended "one size smaller for winter" with nearly the same diameter and minimal impact on your speed vs. speed readout.

Now if we could only find an elegant/low cost solution to protect the rear wheelbearing nut?
