I was gonna wait for the Ohlins but got a hell of a deal through Vivid on my KW's...and let me tell ya, the KW's dont disappoint.

Yeah it looks pretty cool but looks like they are going to be in the mid to high 40's on price if they do all the stuff they say they are.

I have yet to take the car to the track, at the moment its just my daily driver. I have taken it to some twisties with the KW's and they just inspire a level of confidence i didnt have with the stock setup. I still need sway bars and the Whiteline subframe bushing kit to round out my suspension though. I plan on tracking this car once i get my turbo kit installed in the next few weeks. I'll be running a mild boost setup for normal track days until i get comfy with the power. 9 psi on 91 octane should yield about 270-280 whp and the tune effectively gets rid of the torque dip so should be pretty predictable. I really want to get out to the track, but my schedule doesnt allow alot of time to play on the days most track day organizations set them up.

Been at the dealership since 8 this morning. They are thinking a new transmission and or clutch is needed. They have been on the phone all day with Toyota. They agree the 4th gear grinding is not normal. They are dropping the fluid first per Toyota to inspect it then will inspect the clutch.

They are also ordering me a another fuel assembly for the chirp that came back.

They replaced the window switch as well and said that it is working....we will see.

Hopefully they have the rattle resolved as well.

At least the service department is great here and the tech is a nice guy.
