The guy is driving like an asshole in a busy public area with other road traffic. So, he also happens to be doing this in Saudi Arabia. That he goes on and on without cops or citizens stopping him, now THERE'S an issue. It could be done elsewhere I suppose but he just makes his place look lawless. Western attitudes toward how they do things are probably somewhat prone to blaiming that country itself for this crap. Who knows (or cares)?
Funny, if he was eating a ham sandwich the cops would be all over him.

I really don't understand how they're able to do that in public without getting arrested or shot. Either Saudi Arabia is a complete free-for-all, or those guys are some snooty oil sheiks who just don't give a f##k.
