The article mentions, "under $20,000 and likely closer to $17,000." Also says, "sloped roof hatch."

Lentz cited the Toyota FT-86 Concept shown at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show as "a joint-venture product between Subaru and Toyota...(that) will be coming to market." Both models are rumored to come in at under $20,000 and likely closer to $17,000 if the dollar/yen exchange rate doesn't go completely haywire." "the 2012 Toyota Celica--and its Subaru sister--is rumored to be a sloped-roof hatchback with a slightly larger footprint than the late front-drive Acura RSX coupe." "Safety features likely will include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain-side airbags, and front-side airbags. We expect available features on the production car to include a navigation system, leather upholstery, and heated seats." |

Is there really a need to make a new thread for an article posted back in June which was written based on an interview done back in Feb 2010.

This kinda remind me of that Sub Ft86 that's suppose to be tested on MR2 platform If I remember. I know it's Prolly has nothing related to the title at all but, this reminded me of it a $17000 car
