Has anybody who has had their car in the shop for a while get any compensation from Subaru or Scion Canada?

I have had an offer but I'll PM you what they told me was the most they were willing to do...It was far from acceptable. I'm not impressed with Subaru Of Canada AT ALL at this point. Waiting to hear back with another offer. Have been extremely patient at this point and treated everyone I've dealt with, with the upmost respect...

Scion can compensate me by taking the car back and giving me a 4Runner instead.

As far as I am concerned... Nothing at all... I am hoping Toyota and Subaru of Canada will consider this as a recall as soon as they figure out exactly what is causing the problem.

I think EVERY FR-S/86/BRZ are affected; just a matter of time and/or KMs...
I hate ticking time bombs... Just too suspenseful and nerve-racking.

Are only the vehicles purchased before August affected?
Anyone affected after the August purchase date?

Got my car back in early July, still no issues. 4000+kms. I recently put in a INJEN intake, had the idle drop, replaced it back with stock and no problems 1000+km's later.

Good news.

Sorry, but do you mean that, with the INJEN, the idle drop returned as a constant problem, like before. Or that it dropped once (or twice)?

Thanks.

I now have this issue on my 2013 whiteout manufact date july 2013.

52k clicks and this comes on, can anyone recommend me a dealership that can dig right into this P0018 issue? I don't want to explain myself and have the adviser scratching his head.
