There's an updated Subaru TSB bulletin, dated Nov 1st. Anybody has access to it to say what changed?

My car is going in next Friday for the October TSB.

I do wonder what the November TSB is.

Can someone clarify for me which vehicles are getting this Chirp issue?

My VIN number is 04801 on the last five digits and I read somewhere and in TSB that issue happens to cars with the numbers lower than 09026. So it sounds like I am in this chirp territory.

I have over 2K miles and pump from various gas stations with 91proof. I definitely drive well over 4K rpms at times.

No crickets so far. Thus, is this issue 100% or somehow I have defy the problem for now?

Thanks.

Got the chirp today at 2540 miles, VIN number 002539. Printed off the TSB (thanks to xspicer), dealer took a listen, parts ordered. I've used only Chevron 91. I had a brief chirp on first tank of gas (assumed dealer put in regular gas) and then no problems until now.

I kind of have to agree with this. There's a big sticker on the fuel door. Pretty hard to miss if you have your eyes open.

Got my pump replaced about 200 miles ago and the crickets are already back as of today. Toyota and Subaru need to get their shit straight and design a new fuel pump.

Meh, still no ETA on my pump. Not sure how long it's been at this point, but I think I'll just get mad if I look it up...

Finally the dealership is going to order the part after 3 weeks of driving back and forth to them ....... and of course the part is on back order. But at least it's going to be done.

Went to the dealership last Sat and the service guy could not find the original TSB in his system anywhere. Then he calls me today and said one came through yesterday. Not sure what the diff is either.

Strange - I'm in So Cal and my dealer was able to get my pump in two days - ordered 10/24 and received on 10/26. I had them swapped out this past Monday - took the dealer a half day.

I would press on them a bit.

Is this lemon eligible? Everyone says it doesnt affect drivability or safety..
