OBD "not ok" results?

I just got my OBD2 bluetooth adapter and I ran a diagnostic.

I don't have any CEL but I got a couple codes which show "not okay". I have a HKS catback exhaust and filter, not sure if this is the cause. I also haven't noticed any problems while driving.

After searching, I couldn't find anything definitive. Anyone know what these mean?

Interesting. I have no insight to give but I do have my own obd2 bluetooth adapter and the full Torque app. I may try a diagnostic myself and see what comes of it.

Yea i ran the same test and i had alot of things not ok from the first week i bought the car with no mods. I think you have to run a few drive cycles and things start to go green or some test might not be supported by the ecu so who knows

I've had the exhaust for the last 3k miles, maybe the only problem is lower than expected mpg for an A/T and modest driving 60% highway.

I'm not familiar with the software, but it looks to me that it's looking for O2 sensors that don't exist. And when it doesn't find them it reports that as a "problem." This car only has 2 O2 sensors.

I have the same issue, and the answer above is correct.

What you're looking at is obscure diagnostic monitor data that nobody but CARB cares about. Much of this is literally California-only data specific to the US market. Your software is misinterpreting things like timers and OBD performance monitors.

Basically, don't worry about it.

I'm not familiar with that software, but if I had to guess I would say those are probably showing readiness status. A lot of generic OBD software will test every system and does not always recognize which ones are actually on the car. The readiness codes get set after several drive cycles and are there for emissions purposes. Have you reset the ECU recently?

Yeah, reset the ecu couple weeks back. I'm thinking it's just checking for things that aren't there since I've had no issues.
