Yes, I, being me, prefer the afterburner look which the stock 86 has, not sure if they're LED tho. I not a big fan of the clear outer lens but I'm fine with it. The Skyline & GTR afterburners are my favourite - it just looks mean

Does anyone else hear a sharp snapping noise coming from the rear of the cabin when they hit a bump?

It sound similar to the loud *snap* your old TV makes when it's cooling down from being on a while.

If so, what is it? Can I stop it?

hit a bump as in speed bump? if so, i don't recall hearing snapping noises i'll check it out on the way home. o.O

Nar. Like any sort of small bump in the road. It sounds like the body flexing. But it shouldn't be flexing too much when I'm not cornering.

It might be the rear deck popping thing that quite a few ppl are getting over in the states. Look here.

I think i am hearing it as well, but its more of a 'popping' noise than a snapping noise.

Easy fix is some wd40 apparently. i'll check it out this weekend.

Hey! Thanks for the link. This definitely could be the cause. I'll spray some WD40 in there to see if the noise goes away. If it comes back, I'll ask my dealer to apply the Japanese dealer fix as described in the thread.

Any body know what type of globe type is in the GTS Fog Lights?
I'm planning on replace them with LED ones. I've checked the manual, but it doesn't seem to say what type, only says the wattage...
