I sent you Dongle another License the other day.

You MUST have given me the wrong dongle ID.

Not gonna lie this makes things super complicated now.

You need to call me

Sounds like time for the form. When you follow the tutorial on page 1 it will automatically download it and just needs to be applied afterward. No tricks aside from what he posted.

I have the exact same issue. I have never received a license file either. Only a tune. I filled out the form again with a copy and paste last night. So am I supposed to get separate files one of the tune and one license?

No, the license is sent and installed during the tuning process, I believe. You won't receive a separate file, iirc.

If there is a license assigned to your dongle it will automatically download, if it doesn't then there's a prob. No surprises that aren't in the tutorial on first page of thread. The tune gets emailed but the license is downloaded from ucutek.

In my situation John said to take a screenshot of the f1 when you have the software open. He had me take the screen shot of that file and then send it to him, I would say go ahead and get the screenshot ready if he needs it from you as well since he will more then likely need it.

Open up EcuTek Press f1 then press f6 to take the screenshot. Should have your dongle ID etc.

I just got my cable in the mail today so I don't know if you will be in the same situation or not.

I sent john the screenshot the other day. I think the issue is with the format of the dongle ID. It has spaces in it that the form example don't show to send.
