Not gonna lie, that episode kinda sucked.

But that was fcked up when the Governor and his minions killed the Army soldiers! Wonder why?

And he also killed the pilot he just saved!

But next weeks episode looks really goooood!

If they brought the soldiers in it would potentially cause a conflict. The whole town is based on a system and any system could collapse under change. The soldiers might not like the town life and could cause issues for the residents. Also, the soldiers might consider themselves superior with their training and weapons so they might decide to take over, staking claim in the name of what they stand for because it was their job to protect people before the world ended. There's also housing, food, and water to consider. Maybe they couldn't support more men.

Or maybe the Governor is just the psychopath he appears to be and he just likes killing and stealing. >_>

I love how the TV series is way more dramatic than the scenes portrayed in the comic book

Like when Rick killed that one prisoner with a machete... In the comic book he shot him in the head in front of everyone and made it look like an accident (Lori was bitching and whining about it as usual lol)
