I did my suspension swap today. That's why i didn't go to any track today. Took way longer than I expected it would. Car sits much nicer though. Needs an alignment.

Eibach pro kit, whiteline camber bolts, many busted knuckles.

I used power tools, but no busted knuckles at all, likely the fastest and easiest coil install I have ever done on a car, no coil compressor needed, and we need to get together for some test drives

youre using the whiteline 16's right?

I went with H&R super sport, little more drop, lot more firmness..lots more of their stuff trackside over eibach, which seems to dominate the daily driver setups more, and found the h&r to better match the original bias of the car

I drove yuryur's thru some curves here in sedona, and it may have been tires, but a very different feel than the original brz coils, and definately different from h&r's

I decided for the time being I'm not going to do coilovers, because this IS my daily driver, and it just does track duty every so often.

I had no powertools or air tools when my buddies and I did the install, so we ended up committing automotive sin, which I shall not describe. All in all, it went reletively smoothly until time came to reassemble the rears, because without the fancy tool, its very difficult to hand tighten the top-nut. Ended up taking the rear struts to the dealership and paying them to tighten them for me before I installed them. Was trying to get the wheels painted too, but we just ran out of time, and since I wasn't comfortable putting the car up on all 4 jackstands on the slanted driveway, we could only lift one axle at a time, and the paint would have taken too long.
