PLEASE someone find a way to mix and match this stuff with a stock muffler (or other) to keep it street-legal noise wise and keep that awesome rumble?

I really hope the UELS will be comparable in price to the WRX UELs that Borla makes, (~$600)

UEL for sure, but the rest of the exhaust makes it sound like a furious chainsaw... some people like this and I'm not one to judge, but for me this is the worst sound a 4 cyl can have.

Yup, /end thread. This is the combo for me, too. Although the Nameless and Perrin non-res would also sound good with this too

Anyone know if this is catted? Gains don't very impressive considering it's for their whole system. Fills the dip in a bit, though.

I'm diggin' both. I prefer the clean sound of the EL, and I'm not entirely sure why the UEL made more power, as scavenging should be improved with the EL design.

At any rate, I do feel like there should be a little bit better gain from the headers. Sad to see such small gains, but it is getting harder and harder to produce big gains from factory engines that are already well designed.

The factory headers are 4-2-1 and I believe these are 4-1 so that might account for the lack of power?
