My engine was trying to lock up from no oil delivery they fixed it in about 5 hours and it seems fine now also I was told that Toyota knows the fuel pump swap is not going to fix the chirp they knew about it during manufacturing as well which is why they insulated it I was told they will not change mine again and they are working on a permanent fix at Subaru.

Why was there no oil delivery? Did you drive it at all while it was doing this? There has do be damage if so.

Yeah just dc brand tips from pep boys. Think I'm going to sell the set up and try a different style. 180 if anyone wants it. That's my cost. You can try it out too.

Not really sure why it just started to knock went into limp mode and I pulled over and called the tow truck maybe 200 feet in limp mode. They said this is the first one they have seen but not the first one they have heard of others have had the engine blow because of it. They said nothing serious went wrong and that Subaru us working on an electronic fuel pump to replace our mechanical ones

No harm done. I honestly could have made the shield better but eh. Chris is meeting me at the same place where he got his exhaust done Thursday. I'm excited for that. No more worrying about the heat!
