Just took a few quick dirty shots of my new wheels and tires. Ordered from TireRack.com on Friday, arrived to my door this Monday afternoon!

18x8 Enkei Raijins in Gunmetal (+45 offset)
235/35/18 BF Goodrich g-Force T/A

Better pics later!

The amount of grip is INSANE!! Might take it out on track at Road Atlanta this weekend while I'm instructing for a light session and shake it down a bit

To do list:
  • Adjustable rear lower control arms (ordered)
  • STI rear wing gurney flap (ordered)
  • Berk dual outlet muffler delete (ordered)
  • Moroso AOS (in hand, need to install)
  • Stoptech Performance Pads (need to order)
  • ATE Superblue fluid(need to order)

After installing all these plus an alignment the car will be mostly ready for track abuse in December at Atlanta Motorsports Park!

Nice! Good color choice on the wheels. The guy I sold my first BRZ to put polished finish Raijins on his CBS BRZ

He's a sales dude at a Subaru dealership, I think that's what he means.

I MUST see that STI gurney flap on a black BRZ pronto! I'm seriously considering ordering it. I would've already, but need to save up for clear bra and proper winter wheels ($2k+) first.

I like your list. Is the AOS really necessary? What made you decide to get it?

I just researched the Berk muffler... Wow! I thought I was totally decided on the Mach V, but now I'm not sure. My buddy got the Invidia N1, but I really hate how they angle out, although the sound is nice.

I consider myself lucky to live in a place with mild winters! Unless you can get a clear bra installed for $500-600, I wouldn't. When I damaged my bumper a little bit I quoted a new unpainted bumper for $299 and then around $700 painted and installed. Most places around here ask for $600-1000 for a clear bra. It doesn't make sense when I can just get a brand new painted bumper down the road for less money than a clear bra!

This picture, posted by Crawford Performance. They pulled apart a low mile FRS to find oil on the pistons. The car was still N/A as far as I know, but it had apparently been run very hard, but it was still enough to warrant the small cost of a Moroso AOS.

I would have purchased either one, but the Berk delete (group buy link) was $100 less shipped than what Mach V guestimated for their price.

Nice to see the Raijins on yours, looks awesome. I was torn between those and the TSW Nurburgrings, which I went with the latter. In the pictures, the finish looks like a mirror gunmetal, is that right?

Thanks! It's a matte gunmetal. Might be the bit of contrast in the pics that I added via a photo editor that made them look mirror...
