It is a good starting place to at least get the exhaust note characteristics out of the way, and for that the records are useful. Volume, which is important to you, may not be easily discerned, however.

The GReddy with the silencer is too quiet for me. It's almost stock-like, so I drive sans silencer. Unfortunately, this introduces the drone. Gah.

Anyway, plenty of us forum members around with after market exhausts now, so feel free to ask in your regional forum for people willing to show off their system in person. I'd be happy to do it for anyone around me (Long Island, NY).

i feel ya but the videos still give you an idea.

i love the stock exhaust. its quiet but when you get on it, it lets you know its there.

i highly doubt i'll track it. the closest one is 2 and half hours away at VIR. i hear its an excellent track but its too far. driving around town i can see how the tune would help on the truck. the slowing down and downshifting is on point and the engine reacts better then a stock tune.

no dyno's. this thread did a really good job at taking care of that.

the 0-60 times feels about the same but the smoothness of engine has transformed with the tune.

it's actually almost 4 hours away, but once you go the first time you'll never say it's too far ever again
And once you do you'll understand what the car was made for

ive drove further for meets with the truck club, but to drive 4 hours 1 way to track the car isnt worth it imo. i mean thats 4 hours of driving, then how many ever hours at the track, then another 4 hours home. thats a lot of driving for one day.
