Why bag on this vendor?
The real question is, why allow someone to be a vendor to sell knockoff stuff?

People are so cheap these days, spend 25k on a car and can't even afford decent wheels for it.

1) The Mach V and the 5Zigen don't even look exactly the same if you look closely.

2) 5Zigen doesn't feel the need to make this nice fitment for us. Mach V did, plus their wheels are Subaru specific center bore. -- Mach V has stepped up to the plate for Subaru

As a consumer, I want to get what I want. I'm sick of all the fancy wheels out there that don't come in sizes/fitments/weight that I want. There are a few, but are either pricey or not my style.

If a vendor comes out with a unique product that offers what I want. Why should I not buy from them??

Just like I said, people are cheap... You said yourself, there are wheels you want, but they're pricey.

I'm not going to clutter up this thread anymore, but there's plenty of reasonably affordable wheels that can be had in similar size and pcd(enkeis and wedsports come to mind).

These are definitely my future wheels!

Any pics of these rims on a black FR-S/BRZ?

Would a 265 fit in the rear with no rubbing problems? Was thinking of running 265 rear and 245 or 255 front? Is that a terrible idea?

Dan--any chance you know the camber settings on the White BRZ?

This is a quick-and-dirty chop I did...

There are two reasons not to; one is that the diameter is going to be pretty big compared to stock. 265/40R17 is 3% taller than the stock 215/45R17. (265/35R17 would be great, but does not exist.)

The other is that I'm not sure it won't rub on the fender. It's already pretty close at 255/40R17.

Wow that looks amazing! Is that the flat black or the gunmetal rims? I was under the impression that these rims black on raven would just look aweful since the rims would just "dissappear in the blackness". Maybe the gunmetal ones would "pop" out more against the raven color.

As far as tire size... Are you implying that since the rears are close to rubbing at 255 that the fronts are even closer to rubbing with 255?

What sorta camber settings are you seeing after dropping on your mach v springs?

Thanks for your replies!
