There is some noise, but I wouldn't really call it drone. This isn't what you buy if you are looking for the whisperquiet solution. You buy it because you want to hear the car, lose some weight, and not spend an arm and a leg.

Wonder if it'll still remain relatively quiet w/ headers & hi-flow cat. If so, could be a very economical, LIGHT solution for some of us...

I really doubt it. It's really only streetable given the rest of the exhaust remains stock.
