You have to tune for it. Depending on how you drive it can get expensive. If you run out of it, you better drive like a frickin grandma. Treat it as you would your gas tank. If you're out of it you would be best to just not drive the car. Mainly because your tune relies on the meth being there and if it isn't it could seriously screw stuff up.

Depending on where you mount it, it could take up necessary space that you would otherwise need for cargo space. It's not horrible though.

That's about all I can think of.
