I agree. Don't see a reason for the FT-86 to go back to a mule like this. This is really cool to see.

Am I right in thinking that the wheelbase on this new one is slightly longer?

I'm seeing the same thing, at least a couple inches extra on each side of the door, it's likely the same style mule for a different project
