Coming back from my parent's house I passed by this firing range trail, the scenery was so nice I turned back for a quick pic

Ahh I'm jealous...there's no "Fall Color" in San Francisco. We had some "Indian Summer" weather a couple of days ago, and today it's overcast and foggy...

Haha it's very true that the Bay Area has a bizarre topsy-turvy climate, but if you want to see a little bit of local fall colour, wait a few weeks til the days get shorter then head south to 92 and over to Skyline. Or just pick some other roads anywhere in the coastal mountains. Lots of deciduous trees and they *do* change colour and drop their leaves
