Here's the alignment problem i mentioned before, probably am just going to take it to a muffler shop, dont feel like waiting for a replacement to be shipped.

I had to take a knife and carefully slide it between the gasket and the flange on the OEM muffler to get the two apart. There seems to be some sealant or adhesive on the gasket that needs a little gentle encouragement to break loose. The OEM bolts and nuts came off easily enough after they broke loose, and were re-used.

I rechecked my system this morning after the car sat all night and everything settled in place. My RH tip does indeed protrude more than the LH tip. I'll give it a while and see how bad it bugs me. If I can't stand it, I'll take it to a muffler shop and see if they can straighten it out for me.

Thanks for the info.
I'm surprised that Nameless hasn't come onto this forum to address the alignment problem? It seems consistant that the right hand tip is sticking out further than the left hand side and needs to be fixed for both future and existing customers.
Their reputation is for beautiful hand made quality components that are engineered for maximum efficiency and built to last from the best materials.
I can see that when I look at my system on the floor, I just hope it fits!

Nameless is not active in this forum anymore, forum owners shied them away with stupid policies (similar to what happened with Crawford). If you want to get their attention, go to their Facebook page, call them on the phone or contact them by email. (No knock on you sierra, just trying to help you get a hold of them as quickly as possible).

I'd have to look again, but from what I looked yesterday, the difference between my tips is so small I honestly don't care.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't realise they had moved on from here.
Yes, it was shame with Crawford, they posted so much helpful info and were getting nothing for their efforts apart from lots of thanks.

I will get the attention of Nameless by email if my fit is unacceptable but will have to get it fixed myself.
Good to hear your fit is good enough to leave alone.

I believe Nameless does login from time to time, but rarely.

I will recheck today on the fitment, but I looked yesterday and the difference was very small.

Mine fits okay. It think it's ever so slightly off on one side. My thoughts on the matter...it's hand made and won't be perfect every time. I'm okay with it being ever so slightly off...don't forget you can adjust the hangars to push one side back a little bit.

I got mine from the group buy yesterday, installed it today and the right side is sticking out about an inch, looks exactly like the pic of the red Fr-s here.
