![]() side note: try incorporating coconut water into your post workout. It has more electrolytes then gatorade or powerade combined ounce for ounce. i blend it into my protein shakes - it really helps.

And yeah I've heard about coconut water and how it does wonders before and after a game or gym day. I've completely forgotten all about it, thanks for the reminder.

Who was there? Before left, Ette, Dook, Sony, Orbit, Ayau, Manny were there. Anyone else came after I've left?

so i've started searching for old, cheap vehicles, so i don't put all my miles at work on the new car (whenever i do get it) and i found a '71 beetle ($1200, runs, need to install the headlights) and a '78 chevy blazer ($900, looks to be in good shape, but the rear window needs a new motor - won't matter for delivering pizzas)
I SHALL FIND SOMETHING CHEAP, OLD, AND FUN! (no, reliability doesn't matter as much, since i can do the work myself) just wish that the prices were reversed, the beetle would be great, since it's so small/light, just doesn't have much space for pizzas |

@Guff, @ichitaka05, It looks like a lot are coming back for IRC.
I'd go on more if I didn't get so distracted by football, basketball, and soccer games, or going to bars and clubs. Unless you guys are on past 2pm est, then I might drunk chat with the rest of you.
