The car is loud. Early morning, going to work, I shift at lower rpms to be less obnoxious.
My wife thinks it is too loud. The drone is not bad at steady highway or street speeds, but it becomes pronounced when slowing down. And I wrote it was worst about 4,000, but it really is closer to 3,700 to 3,2000. Like I said, I will have a catback on it after it comes back from SEMA. My exhaust drones and it's loud as shit. Yruyur can vouch for that. I don't drive my car every day, and it's not my only vehicle so it's tolerable. If I had to drive it every day I would probably make some modifications to quiet it down.

Yes. Took his car out at the last LM event. I must agree with the droning....up to 4500 then it quiet down and sounds mean.

Think I'm going to look into making some fog lights that fit in the fog area. Does not look too difficult. Just need to find the right lamps.

I know you want to make them but for everyone that wants them and doesn't have the time they do sell a kit or you can order the parts off the BRZ and they fit right in then it's just a matter of picking the lights you want. I would really like to see what you come up with after seeing that bike you and your friend built I bet they would be way better then the stock stuff that is going around.

I saw the calipers you guys painted they look really nice. What kind of paint did you guys use? Did you bake them? etc... looking to do it to my BRZ.

G2 caliper paint. It's brush on and does not require baking or removing from the car. Its in the caliper painting thread.

If your looking at doing carbon fiber or fiber glass parts I can most likely get the material for free for you guys but I only have certain weave styles and thread counts. And it would be wet layups don't have any of the pre impregnated material... |

I'm thinking of making some molds that would make these things easy to turn out. Never done it before but seems logical enough.
