Stock exhaust seem to sound a little bit deeper now i said a little

The sound tube is pretty audible now in a good way

After 10 miles the gas pedal is slowly coming to its initial feeling

Like others i almost stalled first start but things get better after some time

I will run it a little harder tomorrow but the power delivery seem nice

Satisfied customer right here ! Thx John !

@Foobar & @xjohnx I can switch maps, but I don't get fuel tank %, autoblip, launch control etc.

Do I just need to switch maps, or is there more to turning these on.

Pull on the cruise control lever until the tach goes to 1K (Map 1), then push it up to switch to 2K (Map 2), then pull the lever again to get out of map selection.

Now drive past 40MPH and hit the brake, then engage the clutch. You should see the autoblip rev on its own.

Haven't tried the other toys yet.

Hey John!

Just read through the past couple of pages so sorry for sending you out a text. I am in Plano, TX and still have not received my cable. Like I said i'm more then willing to wait longer if I have to just worried since the guys in Canada have received theirs already. Don't know if I should inquiry further with the post office or if the package was shipped to the wrong address or lost en route to me. If you could text or just reply here that would be awesome.

Thanks!

This is how I confirmed: ignition on the ON position, engine not started. Pull on the cruise control lever until you see the tach flip to 1K. Now push the cruise control lever up to cycle to 2K, 3K, and 4K, then push down to cycle back to 3K, 2K, and 1K.

If this works for you, then you've got map switching, and therefore the rest of the new RaceROM goodies.

Note that you can switch maps even while the engine is running, it's just easier to see the 1K tach setting with the engine off since it starts from 0. If you did it while the engine was idling, you're already right around 1K.

I've got the map switching, and have gone over 40 and hit the brake & pushed in the clutch. No blip.

Explanation is on the first page in the Q&A:

ECUtek Auto Blip Feature Related Questions:

Q.
What exactly will auto-blip do, specifically as it relates to 3 pedal cars?

A.
Auto Blip is for 6 speed cars only. It basically blips throttle during down shifting under certain conditions. It is a rev matching feature.

Really wanting to see how the auto blip works and if it's going to get in the way of my normal rev matching that I do pretty aggressively. If I apply throttle but the car is already applying throttle will it go higher? I usually always rev match and it may throw me off if the car is sometimes doing it. Will have to see. Any videos would be cool.
