I've been trying to come up with some things to test out with LM's new plotter, but now that the machinery is there, I'm flat out of ideas of what to do.

I HAVE been thinking about doing a full undercarriage cover, for aerodynamic purposes, since most of our drag is generated by the undercarriage, but I worry about it causing the car to lift by turning the car, essentially, into a giant airfoil. Obviously, down force ducts could be added, but in a way, it'd be more trouble than it was worth. I'd still love to do it, but I'd want to test it out in a wind tunnel first (scale model obviously) to see if the smooth underbody caused the car to lift.

I know this off topic and random. Whens the last time anyone was on a train? I went back to kansas city for a wedding and then on to jefferson city to see my sister. One way rental car was crazy expensive. Train was 47$ for both wife and i. So who else has used a train and when?

I have used Amtrak a few times when I lived in Michigan back when I was just out of high school and didn't trust my car to go to far

I have used the Bart train in San Fran when I lived in northern Cali and it wasn't bad at all.

Hey guys just dropping in to say hello. Got my BRZ back in June and just recently discovered this group was trying to reply but never activated my account haha. I'm down here in Tucson but might drive up for some events or meets in the near future.
