Looks cool! Not sure why, but it reminds me of a Predator from AVP lol.

You're right. It's not for every one. That doesn't change the fact you did a real nice job. Looks very professional. Congratulations.

I don't know if my opinion is biased because of reading your back story but I like it a lot! Sounds like it suits you well.

How exactly did you go about applying the vinyl to the shifter surround plastic? I did mine today too (thread coming soon) and was wondering if there was an easier way because I sure spent a lot of time on that piece.

very interesting, not for me but I appreciate the work put in. For some reason it also makes me think of the digital camo pattern... maybe I've been playing too much BF3 lately.

The shift surround wasnt as hard as the vent rings, but did take the most time. I think the key to the whole thing was:
1. Having an actual heat gun
2. Not over stretching and pressing hard in stages. Front the middle out. Doing the edges last.
3. Using a needle to take out bubbles

The buttons went easier then anticipated, and will be labeled with icons (think happy face and super happy face in thin black lines. The middle will be converted to a red led "of sh&t" button.

Thanks for the comments.
Working on my headlights today.

In sure ill get a similar response to be 50% body wrap in black scales.
