I had a V6 Genesis SEDAN trying to drag race at a stoplight. Needless to say he took off by himself...

Cool yesterday..

I live in Los Angeles and drive my argento fr-s up Highland from Wilshire blvd to the the 101 every evening after I get off from work at 6pm.

Yesterday, stuck in the typical Highland traffic, this beautiful girl in a huge dodge pickup in the lane next to me kept switching lanes and cutting people off just so she could stay next to me as she inspected my car. Right before we hop on the 101, she rolls down her window and shouts, "YOU and YOUR CAR are so sexy!!" She blows me a kiss, I blow one back, and then punch it onto the freeway.

I just feel like such a badass in this thing...

That makes a very good point.

I've had my share of cars that were cool cars (Mustang, Corvette, Miata, 911 Carrera Cabriolet). Here is a car I've been looking forward to for about 4 years. It was cheaper, in todays dollars, than the four I mentioned above and it's the first time I've ever felt like I was driving a damn exotic. That's a bonus I didn't expect.

Was sitting with windows down in the Payless parking lot waiting for my girlfriend to get off work when this older lady from the TGF next door starts walking around the back of my car and around the back wheels, and I'm like wtf is this lady doing...

Then she walks up to my window and is like, "Omg is this the new Toyota Scion?" and then was like, "I've been reading about this all over the Net!"

Just talked to her about gas mileage, interior options, colors, etc. because she was looking to get one for her daughter because the lady drove an Accord and wanted her daughter to have something smaller. Dunno why. I thought most parents want their daughters in big SUVs and whatnot.

I got the inevitable "is it powerful?" and she asked if it was a V6 and how she loved Toyota cars because of their reliability. Tried to explain how it's not really made for speed, how it's not a V6 but a flat-4, and that the engine is a Subaru not a Toyota...but idk how much of it she understood lol.

Cool part was that this really nice BMW was driving through the parking lot during part of our conversation, but she didn't even glance at it, but kept telling me how nice the car looks.

But the lady showed the car to her daughter and the daughter was like, "Yeah it looks nice...but I think I prefer your Accord." Just thought, there is no hope.

I was stuck at a light a few days ago, some guy in his Audi S4 honks to get my attention. We started a small conversation and he was like look at that red stitching. He was shocked, how the car actually looked and gave me a thumbs up.

Nothing but POSITIVE reviews. People have taken pictures, people turn their heads. And the GAS station is the worst. People will ask all kinds of questions.

I feel bad. EVERYONE around me loves it more than I do. I think it's because I'm so locked into getting my dream car the ACURA NSX. Nevertheless, this car is still dope. Have to be thankful.

Was filling up at a gas station today minding my own business when the attendant came out and asked me if I needed help. I thought it was a strange question, but I told him that everything was fine. Then he took a step back, looked over the FR-S, and said, "This is a nice car! I saw you pulling up. New LFA, right?" Haha, you should have seen his face when I told him it was a $26k Scion. He looked like

At least he was on the right track with the Scion-Toyota-Lexus connection.

I've said it before. I'm convinced the design team that did the LFA also did the FR-S. Not bad having a knock-off of an exotic for 24K.

I haven't seen you say that, but yeah, for sure. Maybe some GTR DNA as well?
