+1. That OTHER car looks like it has monster lag. I think that 11.3 is going to be tough to beat.

I doubt any of the mods will ban you.

I have no idea what conversations happened between Hachi and Crawford but take up any issues with Hachi. The mods have zero control/access to the vendor stuff.

No use in throwing out all the kicks now, wait til a challenger appears and then continue where you left off.

I think Don is trying to say that, no matter how much HP you have, if you can't get it to the ground, then your useless. If they are still on the stock tires, then they are not going to be able to pull a better 1/4 mile than Don. But, i believe that they could do mid 10sec pass with decent tires and a good driver. The kit puts out the HP but, i believe we ALL want to see the 1/4mile pass and see how long they can daily drive it for reliability. Great job to all though. Good luck.

Not every aftermarket turbo manufacture is focused on how it performs at the track right now. AVO and FBM etc are working out the fine tune details to offer the best kit for the consumer and the most reliable, although how it performs at the track is included in that, they all haven't gotten to it, considering the changes in weather and tracks no longer being open. AP has done an amazing job with the kit and showing it can perform, but its not fair to discredit or talk down to other companies because they didn't work as fast as another. Every company goes about this in their own way, give it time.

But at the end of the day, they are still dyno queens....but I give them respect on 520HP to the wheels. I know Don and John and do better...

And it'll be interesting to see what, if anything, breaks when it's being used hard somewhere besides the dyno....

Still got 2 months left before we take delivery of our 86 so plenty of time left to finish build plan and start shit on forums. :happy0180:

Tekno performance from Brisbane is running the rhd version of this kit and featured in this month's Top tuner shoot out. Somehow they have made it legit for Australia.

Whatever, it's not "winter" it just turned "Fall"! But whatever, I know they will eventually get to the track....next year..."Spring" or "Summer"

They can always trailer their "dyno" queens down to Texas or Florida when its always Spring, Fall, or Summer to do some track testing and to get that "Dyno Queen" stigma off their backs.

Oh wait is not the world suppose to end on 12/21/12? Looks like they might not make it to the track......LOL!
