Because when I first got to AZ I bought a Ferrari 308 for cheap that didn't run I got to know the guys at Ferrari pretty good lol They will do an ECU tune on the FR-S but it's not something they do for the general public if you want it done I can talk to my friend that works there and see if he would be willing to give us a good group price or be able to fit one or two people in when they are not busy.
