I'm thinking 17", since 18" will have to run a 35 profile tire to not have a larger circumference. 235/35R18 roughly = 215/40R18 = 215/45R17 circumference.
I'll probably choose 245/40R17 on 17x8 RPF1s.

I used http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp to do the calcs.

I was actually thinking 16in x 7.0(13.7lbs) on a 225 would be ideal for track work. Very very light. And a smooth comfortable ride

I have a Firestorm/Fuji Red Toyota 86 arriving in December. I want RPF1's in 18x8 but I can't decide on Black or Silver as both will look awesome on Red.

lol Or I could always go Gold, the Aus Spec HID Driving lamps and gold/red would make it look like Iron Man.

My firestorm frs is getting some 17" gold rpf1's next spring. Should look pretty nice I think.
