I have mobil 1 in mine right now and don't like it so much, although i run mobil one in the rest of my cars. I can't tell u why i don't like it, just something doesn't feel right to me.
Ill be switching to GC 0w30w. I hear boxer engines love it! |

I didn't catch that, thank you. I may give them a call and see what the deal is with that. One of the reasons I was going with them was because the company I work for I can get a decent discount with Amsoil.

Also, both amsoil and RP API oils are different formulation from the original so no sense in investing in marked up mobil1 + food coloring. |

My post on BITOG regarding this subject yielded using Toyota 0w-20 in my BRZ. That's what I'm gonna do at my first oil change in about 600kms

I ran 0w20 mobile 1 extended mileage(gold bottle, 15k miles) in my last car i hit the rev limit at least 6 times a day on average for 2 years on the engine (car was 10 years old and had over 80k miles when i picked it up, put a nother 80k on the engine in that time), ohh yeah and 1 year and some odd months i had a 9800 rpm redline and was pushing over 110 whp per liter NA on that engine, i trust that oil in just about any NA street car, if you track i suggest mobile 1 race oil 10w40 or motul, both are very resilliant oils!
