Also, you got into a group purchase on a pre-order for the tune, and from the sound of it got into it late, after it had closed. And he said he was talking to Paypal concerning processing your refund, so I really dont know what your big problem is.

Sorry for your issues and thanks for voicing your opinions, but now that you are "done here", stop flaming the guy and just go away.
or..another solution to make a customer go away is to simply refund him and be done with it, even if the customer is not always right.

@gmookher

its unfortunate you haven't had a good experience with visconti where many others have.

That said, it is best to try and resolve issues like this behind closed doors. IMO it is discrediting for anyoneto post stuff like this on a public forum. Especially when the idea of maintaining politness is thrown out the window.

Fair enough. Must have read your previous comment wrong. Either way, I'll be buying your tune as soon as I can get the money together. I am a little disappointed that I didnt manage to get into the group buy before, but no big deal.

Onward to more car-related topics!

He's not talking to paypal about processing my refund you bozo, he trying to keep money by showing them he shipped a flash drive, but the idiot doesnt realize, the customer is paypals customer not the merchant. They domnt exist without customers, and have directed me on how to 100% get my money back and I will.

What kind of guy are you speaking in favor of, one who hasnt sold anything. One who keeps my money.
One who refuses to refund on his own greed?

Shipping a flash drive with a file I dont want isnt what we are here for. By johns account, even if I sold my car, he is intent in keeping my money and selling me a file so he can make a buck

But by all means, be one of his patrons.

Why so harsh???? calling someone a bozo and telling them to STFU isn't going to help anything.

This is one reason.

See Hawaiian's quote above. Also, my insurance company is giving me a discount for parking it for 3 months. I could pick any three months of the year so I thought Dec-Feb would be ideal. Also, I have two 4x4's in my driveway that I can drive as well. If I'm going to risk smashing one up and have it subject to snow, salts, brine, etc and all the crap on the roads in the NE, I'd rather have it be my 92 P/U with 252k miles that cost me $600.

yes e85 isn't going to start well in the cold.

I have a updated e85 map I'm working on that will fix cold startups.

Thanks John, I'll watch weather in the meantime and switch to gas if needed. Only been sketchy with me once it got down to 45*. 50 this morning and started up fine just a strong fuel odor.

Send a message via AIM to Visconti
Btw, if anyone is in the LAX area and wants a FREE STG1 tune let me know.

Automatic is fine, but really looking for a 6 SPD.

May want to put up this request in the Announcements section so non-V customers see it.

Can't make them all happy. One thing I have found out while working retail / going to school. It's just one of those things. Hope you two can find a resolution.

Just realized too that this is my first tank back on e85 so prob running a high gas content , guessing that's why I'm not seeing it until a little cooler outside.
