To be honest the exhaust sounds pretty loud in cabin, but when the tuner took the car for a test, it didn't sound as loud from the outside. Haven't had an exhaust for awhile so maybe i'm just not that used to it. i'll let you guys be the judge. The owner of the shop has a brz as well and he has the Perrin exhaust and when i drove his car you could almost swear it was stock sounding of course until you WOT.

have you heard any other exhausts you could compare it to other then the perrin which you say is quiet?

In person nope, Sorry. But the exhaust doesn't sound annoying like "fart can annoying". I would be interested to hear how the Greddy Evo3 sounds in person.

No not yet...im completely stock with just a lightweight pulley and intake filter, and tune of course. I think next year when things start to finally come out ill start buying parts. Im really waiting for headers, that will be my first mod. i know ap has headers out but im really waiting for perrin or lachute performance to release theirs if they ever do. Im building my own intake for now until a coldair comes out

im sure you have talked to john about the ap header its nothing great. The only reason i refuse to buy a header is because i think i want to go FI down the road.and with the exhaust i know your right with a lot more stuff coming out down the road i should probably wait till after sema.

Yeah i may not be doing anything else till next year maybe, my tuner is working on a FI kit. I trust his work, i'll see if he would like to come out that day as he owns a BRZ as well.

Hey guys i have a member from another BRZ forum who wants to check out Bear Mtn before the meet on the 20th. Would anyone else be interested in meeting up and caravaning down from Bear Mtn, Just let me know.

Yea ive talked to john but he wasnt the real reason im iffy about the header. All these companies have had headers in the works, did testing and nobody has released any yet or even talked about their headers ina while and i feel its for a reason! I think ap just threw theirs out there too quick and from their dynos it wasnt working well with other parts which threw me off

Yeah that sounds like a plan. I take it Table 9 is a restaurant? I've been to the meet held there every Wednesdays but never actually been up the mountain. I'll be sure to bring my camera/tripod.
