I just noticed mine is loose as well.
To me, this is a "no care" item for the time being. This is not worthy of any consideration of a recall. Once I get a chance I will take a closer look and see what's up. EDIT: I just checked the two screws behind the steering wheel and they were tight enough. I did torque them a bit more and it helped a tiny bit.
