Took an hour including taking a bunch of pics. Would be much quicker to do again as it's always slow going the first time.
Hey,

Can you please upload a video of the sound?

I think the universe is against this UEL header. Once again something came up and took priority. This time is was a customer's rally car that had rolled. I'll update the UEL Header thread as soon as I have my prototype.

Would be interested in seeing a full headerback vs Engine back comparison. Along with torque graphs.

Awesome work!

Here's a video from last weekend. The exhaust changes are the Race Headers and Track Pipe. Enjoy.

Any CELs yet? Another thread mentioned their prototype header kept causing them.

Actually, yes. I didn't expect it cos I'd driven about 500kms without getting it. But on the way home it showed up. Primary cat failure. I reset it with my Innovate OT-2. Looks like I'm going to need to find a way to avoid them without a tune. I'd appreciate it if people could share their experience in this area.

Not sure about the 86, but with other cars people seem to have success by spacing back the O2 sensor from the exhaust stream. Like this:

Someone on here mentioned that they wanted to extend the leads to the down stream sensor and put it in after the 2nd cat. Not sure if that's easy to do tho.

ok your car sounds AMAZING. if I had two FR-S, one would have these headers and would drive around ONLY above 5,000 RPM all day long.

This is King Edwards Park next to Newcastle Beach.
Every Oct long weekeng they close off the park, set up the railing and sandbags and let us race up the hill. You don't get much track time in hillclimbs. But then you're on it's 100% adrenaline.
