isnt the SP elite just a axle back though and the trd a catback???

Yuppers, and they seem to only have a pipe id variance of .20 I.D. if that.
And it looks like they used the same resinator.

This exhaust is an axle back in my opinion, the pipe diameter is nearly the same, the resonator looks the same the only benefit I see is a lesser bend near the rear differential.

I paid $740 for an evo3
I paid $309 for a takeda = $1049 .... Can I paid $10 some where for a quarter mile run?
