Went there Couple weeks ago around 2am and gates were open, they also got the ferry parking lot too and the Dino's by the water is always empty .

Hmmmm maybe the parking lot near the alameda theatre it's free parking after 5 and the top level of the parking lot is usually empty still thinking lol
