Hi buddy, hope the car still running well. Just been told mine is likely to arrive in Jan and have already ordered and paid for tune and e85 from John cos I want it is as soon as I can! I'm that keen I went out to the Caltex at Upper Coomera today just to make sure they are selling E85 and to see how much it is. May need to pick your brains if possible when it comes time for me to do the necessary on the ECU as I am a bit of a luddite if that is ok. John has offered to sort it remotely if necessary and it seems easy enough but I am just the worng side of the old half century and I can only imagine how busy Superman is at the moment.

I love my driving and am much better (in my opinion!) behind a wheel than a keyboard so I may just ask if you are prepared to ''help the aged' early next year.

It should not be a problem. The amount of time I spent on trying to make it work, I am now an old hand at it. All we need is a laptop and the cable + usb and John's tune and we are set.

We'll arrange something once the time has come...

So no need to worry. If you do not have a laptop. It will be good to get a 11" as it is easy to chuck it in the car as real estate is premium. 2nd hand one will do. Nothing fancy.

p.s. I am not far from the 2nd half of the century as well

This thread is so long now I can't even remember. Do we have an E85 dyno that's all stock / no bolt-ons to compare to 2forme's? I know the AP header gains got washed out with the tune, but if I'm not mistaken Perrin just ditched their header plans too after testing. Maybe there are gains with header back though with a tune? Would be nice to see an all-stock baseline and E85 comparison, could be here and I've forgotten where though... Maybe if we ask nice enough 2forme will throw his stock exhaust back on for some runs.

Edit: just looked back and I can't remember / find though did Prime's car just have a header or full exhaust for the original E85 dynos?

Testing out the 1/4mile display. Dont judge my run but it was up a slight hill in the start and it had a light turn in the middle of the run...if i had a better road i cud get 14.6-14.7 easy.

Great! Will this new update also work with the intakes you tested out? I am running the aFe unit.
