I like the looks of GReddy SP Elite.
I like the sound of TRD.
But $1059 vs $625...
TRD = GReddy + drop springs installed and alignment.
TRD = GReddy + front and rear strut bars.
TRD = GReddy + $434 in your pocket or spend on something else.
I don't understand the TRD pricing.

I like the sound of the TRD exhaust. I also like the D-shaped exhaust tips. I know $1K is a lot to spend for just a muffler but I'm getting what I want. Just think, most of us who already owns a FR-S/BRZ probably paid above MSRP to get their car NOW. I know some did get lucky and not pay the dealer's markup. The bottom line is......it's only money, you can't take it with you.

I'm sure in your case "badass" is a very subjective thing.

Exactly, I agree all the way... Enjoy your new TRD exhaust to the fullest after it's delivered to you!

On a side note: Thankfully, I did not pay over MSRP on my FR-S... Though I don't know how many folks did actually pay over either...

I did not pay over msrp, but I did pay too much for an Airaid intake that doesn't do what it claims

Because Pure Price does not mean that the dealer has to sell the car for MSRP. It only means that once they set a price, it is the same price for everyone. When it comes down to it, Pure Price is really pure BS because it removes all possibility of negotiating a lower price, yet they market it as a benefit to the buyer.
