Yes ill call tomorrow before i head out to work to set up an apt on Thursday to get this TSB solved.... @Jeff- Did Big Two receive the parts? Just curious or is there a wait time still? But yeah im totally 100% in on vinyl = )

Parts cost is around $2000 so they will order parts after confirmation appt. it's just too much money to have as inventory parts. After 1st confirmation appt parts are less than a week order.

They just confirm the prob, order the parts then bring it back for install.
