correct, they are the Sportster CS with Carbon backing.
I have the non CF in my RX8, they are without a doubt the best GT seat Ive been in, they have a wider side bolster than the R3 Recaros(RX8) and can come with side airbags(black panel)
One thing though, with the necessary brackets and slides(Wedge Engineering) it is a tight fit, its a fairly high backed seat, perhaps too high for the FRS/BRZ roof line,

This. Dead weight unless you remove all the powered mechanisms an electronics but the frame work is still pretty heavy and of course as mentioned before it's not gonna match at all. I would pass unless you're getting these for about $200
