Pretty much, but it also depends on the type of tint used.

To simplify ot for me, the lower the number the darker the tint. Bear in mind that different brands of tint vary.

Wow! The tint looks really good and that's a great picture. I was also thinking about adding in a windshield strip. Now that you have it done, are you happy with it?

On the 4th image down you can see how careful he was with not pressing the film against the porous transition between the black border for a nice clean look.
